JOE PRUETT
Publisher/Chief Creative Officer
A noted comic book editor, publisher and writer with over 25 years of experience, Joe has been nominated for numerous Eisner and Harvey awards for his work on such projects as Negative Burn at Caliber Comics. He is also known for his work at Marvel, where he wrote for X-Men Unlimited, Wolverine, and Cable. In 2004, Joe founded Desperado Publishing, which had publishing partnerships with Image Comics and IDW.
LEE KRAMER
President
As a film production and development executive, Lee has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. At Endeavor, Lee was the head Story Analyst and worked with producer Cathy Schulman, who produced the Academy Award winning films Crash and The Illusionist. Lee has also served as a development and production executive at Mandalay Pictures and has produced several television shows for HBO.
STEVE ROTTERDAM
SVP Sales & Marketing
Steve oversees the implementation of direct market and book trade activities, as well as strategic management and promotion. Prior to joining AfterShock, Steve led Bonfire Agency, a marketing and communications agency he founded that remains devoted to helping consumer brands establish and deepen connections to consumers of comic culture. At DC Comics, he served as SVP of Sales & Marketing and was responsible for the strategic planning, program development and sales of all integrated advertising, custom publishing, promotion and sponsorship initiatives across all imprints, both print and digital. Steve’s career spans more than 30 years in creative leadership on behalf of numerous entertainment, publishing, toy and consumer packaged goods brands.
JON KRAMER
Chief Executive Officer
An entertainment entrepreneur with extensive international production and distribution experience, Jon also serves as CEO of Rive Gauche, a reality TV business, which he purchased in 2003. Prior to that acquisition, Jon was president of Promark Entertainment Corporation, where he was responsible for all the company’s activities, including production and distribution. Under Jon’s leadership, Promark produced 40 feature films, including films for HBO. Before moving to Promark, Jon held senior positions at New Century Vista Films, CBS Theatrical Films, Times Mirror Cable TV and United Artist Theatres.
CHRISTINA HARRINGTON

Christina graduated with her MFA in fiction from Sarah Lawrence College, and almost immediately joined the comic book industry as an assistant editor in the X-Men office at Marvel. She’s now the managing editor with AfterShock Comics, and she spends her free time walking her dog, Rocket, and – what else – reading comic books.
TEODORO LEO Associate Editor Teddy has a passion for producing new and innovative ways to tell, experience and consume stories. He has brought his expertise to roles throughout his career, including Associate Editor at AfterShock Comics, Experience Designer at TAL Creative and Head Chef / F&B Operations Manager at Lake Mohawk Pool & Spa.
AARON MARION
Director of Publicity
A veteran of more than 15 years in the “press trenches," Aaron's career began at Allied Integrated Marketing where he spearheaded promotions, marketing and regional publicity efforts for the entire desert southwest for major studios and entertainment companies. Aaron then went on to work in the talent division of the Hollywood powerhouse publicity firm, ID-PR, where he represented multiple Grammy, Emmy, Golden Globe and Oscar award winners. From there, he joined Fifteen Minutes as head of their entertainment division leading campaigns for both major brands and talent. Aaron helped launch AfterShock Comics in 2015 and has been keeping them in the news ever since.
RYAN CARROLL
Director of Development
With more than 15 years of experience in the area of physical production for unscripted television, Ryan has worked as a Production Manager and Line Producer on more than 30 unscripted television shows for network and cable television, including NBC’s The Apprentice, HGTV’s Design Star, and various shows in Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise.
MARC HAMMOND
Senior Retail Sales Development Manager
A successful comic shop owner himself, Marc provides a unique perspective – “the view from inside” – in carrying out the strategic marketing mission of AfterShock Comics. A lifelong comic enthusiast with over two decades of strong retail experience in the comics and pop culture industry, he works closely with senior management in the creation of retailer communications, the planning and activation of in-store promotional programs, the development of direct market sales initiatives, and the coordination of convention activities. Prior to joining AfterShock, Marc worked for Archie Comics as head of retailer outreach in the U.S.
CHARLES PRITCHETT
Design Manager
Charles spearheads everything from the digital assembly of every title and logo production, to lettering and branding design. Brought up on the wrong side of the tracks in a bustling metropolis in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada, Charles enjoys a fine stew from time to time and hates to travel.
KATHERINE JAMISON
Marketing Manager
Katherine holds an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College and was a freelance writer and editor in a former life. She rides point on all marketing activity at AfterShock Comics with special emphasis on the book trade market, educators and libraries
KELLY DIODATI
Ambassador Outreach Program Manager
An accomplished project management and marketing specialist, Kelly is responsible for the day-to-day operation, workflow and management of AfterShock’s Ambassador Program, a nationwide retail initiative consisting over more than 40 trained brand advocates who visit assigned comic shops on a monthly basis.
JAWAD QURESHI
Technology Advisor & Strategist / Early Investor
An experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneur and investor, Jawad spent 15 years in the sales industry, selling high tech equipment to the U.S. government. Since then he has served as CEO and co-founder of Vpype, an interactive video broadcast application, and has invested in numerous tech startups and real estate ventures. Jawad is also an award-winning executive film producer.
