Chick lit
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Chick lit was a term widely used in the 1990s and early 2000s to describe popular fiction targeted at younger women. Though still in common usage, the term's popularity has declined since the late 2000s:[1] it has fallen out of fashion with publishers while writers and critics have rejected its inherent sexism.
