Location: Gold's Gym, Colonial Heights, VA 23834

Job Type: Part-time, no experience required.
Compensation: $13 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week (1 day per week)
Schedule: Flexible, preferably one day on the weekends, with some weekday options
Job Description: We are looking to hire 1 or 2 individuals to assist in boxing training sessions. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to invest in your development as a fitness trainer. This is a unique opportunity to not only earn an hourly wage but also to receive training in boxing and sparring.
Responsibilities:
Conduct pad work sessions
Assist in training and or sparring sessions
Exercise on the treadmill and do occasionally weight lifting, shadow boxing and bag work to stay fit and be able to help out in pad work and sparring.
Learn boxing techniques to eventually assist in headgear sparring
Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective workout routines
Qualifications:
No prior experience required
Enthusiastic about fitness and boxing
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent communication skills
