The book I ordered arrived today, as expected. I'm well satisfied with its condition. The description given on the website tallied perfectly with the book in hand, as always!
I've bought a few books on-line from I&Y. The condition descriptions were conservative. It's an excellent on-line bookstore and the staff are helpful. I wish I lived in the U.K. so that I could peruse through their books in person some times.
Outstanding service: it was a very modest purchase but I was looked after as if I were an important customer. The seller got in touch to check if I wanted the book gift wrapped, (and if I want the receipt included).
I enjoyed scannning the site (which was new to me), and I will return...hopefully with rather more to spend next time.
