2 months ago Scam Alert! Do not purchase anything from this company or give out your personal information. They prey over elderly people 75+ with 3 offers basically trying to force them to pay for products they will never receive. For every custom order they mentioned you will receive a year later after they steal $500+. No order should take a year, major red flag! They offer a t-shirt and sweatshirt and a book like it’s a Louie bag lol. Why will it take a year? They want you to forget about your order. You been warn! Every review that seem too good is paid for by a third party review company or hired on fiver. Get your stuff directly from the school!
4 months ago Their hiring process is a JOKE! They don't want you to give your current employer the respect of giving them two weeks notice. It's been almost an entire week and still no hiring paperwork but they want you to start on a specific date. Hard to believe that a company that is supposedly ranked as a best place to work can be this inept. Must be self imposed rankings and five star ratings. SMH

UNF contacted me about a 50 year anniversary publication through this company. The fee was $500.00 and included a t-shirt, sweatshirt, travel bags and donation to UNF. 18 months later, I have a t-shirt, travel bag and sweat shirt. The University called last night for a donation and I declined based on my last donation involving this company. Publishing Concepts is now affecting the integrity of my University. Shame on you for your unprofessional business model. I am following this post with a formal complaint to the BBB. I still do not have the 50 year anniversary book. If this company contacts you, run the other way.
2 months ago It's a terrible place to work. There is no job security. They just laid off 30% of the company with no warning. They didn't even tell the team managers! They would always ask me what they could do to help me succeed. I would tell them of struggles that the whole team was having - not just me. I would suggest solutions. They didn't want to hear it. "We don't do that," my manager would say. Stay far away from this place. Not to mention the products really aren't that great.
