I signed up to publish with them and dearly paid for it. It felt like an exclusive boys’ club especially the mastermind meetings and as a novice I was not told about the importance of marketing. My book didn’t get the best seller tag and I was denied their money back guarantee because I was one WEEK over their one year time line. Nonsense. And they recommended a Swedish cover designer who was way overpriced ($400!). I’d have fared better with a 15$ designer. Seriously. Chandler Bolt feels like a common schemer out to get your money. Horrible communication, unpoffesional treatment of clients, doesnt follow through with their words.I made a big payment, got no notice for another invoice, was told I would recieve a call, no call. Followed, was told I would recieve an email, no email. Send an email of my concerns, asking for a refund, most of the email was ignored and pressed forth to talk about payments.For 7 THOUSAND dollars, this is unnacceptable. Do not invest in this company.

Leadership team does not receive constructive feedback very well. No emphasis on having diverse backgrounds. It feels like a boys club. High amount of stress placed on employees to perform without adequate compensation. Company uses shady business tactics in client acquisition and employee compensation. No opportunities for advancement. Core values are only followed when convenient to do so.
