In 2022, Sunbelt Publications experienced a major transition as longtime team members Lisa Gulick and Maria Groschup-Black and Maria's wife, Nichole, took over ownership from founders Diana and Lowell Lindsay.

Lisa and Maria bring a combined 35 years of expertise within Sunbelt Publications. Lisa now serves as the CEO while continuing her role as an exceptional sales manager, and Maria has taken on the role of CFO in addition to overseeing accounting and warehouse operations.
Nichole, a fresh addition to the business, has embraced the title of corporate secretary and playfully identifies herself as "The Manager of all Things Strange."
