Supporting BIPOC-owned businesses and organizations, both financially and through promotion and advocacy.
Educating oneself about the experiences and histories of BIPOC communities, and advocating for policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion.
Being an ally and speaking out against racism and discrimination whenever and wherever it occurs.
Supporting and amplifying the voices of BIPOC individuals and organizations, especially in spaces where they may not be as well represented.
Participating in anti-racism training and workshops to learn more about how to be an effective ally and work towards equity.
